Delivery Information

Dear customers, we offer a variety of shipping options which are listed below, including Next Day delivery, Nominated Day and Same Day delivery. We offer a wide range of fresh Edible Fruit Bouquets, Belgian Chocolates and Flowers, this is why every product we ship need a special packing and care. Your order is guaranteed to arrive in elegant packing and perfect condition, no matter the weather. Delivery options may differ based on delivery area and date. Once you enter the recipient postcode our system will automatically trace and find the delivery address, calculate the fee and give you a delivery option.

Our delivery services:

Hand delivery 

Delivered by Fruity Gift - vehicles from Monday to Sunday (including Bank holidays). Please check here if your Delivery Area is included in the list for delivery with our own transport.

Courier delivery  

Handling parcels with special care our overnight courier deliver throughout the United Kingdom from Tuesday to Saturday (excluding Bank holidays). Delivery by courier will be calculated based on parcel size, weight, recipient address, postcode and the required delivery time. Dear customers orders for edible fruit arrangements and fresh flowers placed for delivery well in advance and prior delivery date will be charged at the price as next day delivery unless prime shipping has been selected.

Our delivery options are...

Next Day Delivery

Orders for next day delivery in London and other areas delivered by Fruity Gift vehicles need to be placed on or before 5 pm(GMT) from  Monday to Sunday (including Bank holidays). Orders for delivery next day throughout the UK need to be placed on or before 12 noon a day prior to delivery date from Monday to Friday for arrival the next day (excluding Bank holidays). If you place your order after 12 noon (GMT) will be scheduled for delivery on the next available date.

For delivery to Northern Ireland speak to our friendly customer support team to check availability and delivery time slots, before submitting your order. We may deliver to the Republic of Ireland and some offshore islands, but an additional delivery charge may apply! 

Nominated Delivery

Orders can be scheduled for delivery on the preferred date, using our nominated delivery option. We allow orders to be placed in well in advance for delivery in and around London via Fruity Gift vehicles, or across the United Kingdom via courier. The price for nominated delivery for edible fruit arrangements and fresh flowers cost the same as next day delivery service unless prime shipping has been selected.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is available in and around London. Get in touch with us by 9am, to check if we are able to deliver on the same day in your area. Speak with one of our customer service representatives over the phone on 0203 617 1051 or via our Live Chat every day from 8am to 8pm. Orders placed for the Same-Day Delivery can not be amended or canceled!  

Prime Shipping

To meet your urgent requirements we are delighted to offer you a dedicated delivery service. We would be happy to send a dedicated delivery vehicle just for you, to accommodate your special time requests such as delivery by 10am, before 12 noon, 5pm or after. Orders placed less than 24 hours prior delivery date may not be eligible for prime shipping. Please call Customer Service to check availability and additional fees for our Premium delivery services. Please note Prime Shipping is not available on Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter, Valentine's Day, Father's Day, or Mother's Day. If Prime Shipping is paid we will try to deliver as early as possible but if we're not able to deliver on time we will refund the price difference between standard delivery and Prime Shipping.

More about Delivery...

During public holidays, for example, Christmas, New Year, Easter or popular celebrations such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Black Friday we recommend to place your order well in advance, from 2 to 4 days prior delivery date, to avoid disappointment. 

There must be someone available to sign for the order at the delivery address. If there is no one available to accept delivery at the address, we will attempt to deliver your order to the closest neighbour. Please note, We accept no liability for returned /left elsewhere or unsigned orders. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been processed and received!

Full and correct postal address including postcode and a telephone contact number(UK phone numbers only) for the recipient must be provided, or your order may not be processed, delivered on time or may not be delivered at all. We do not accept liability for an incorrect address or missing details and you may not be entitled to a refund.
