1. How far in advance should I place my order?

You can place an order 1 day prior to the delivery date by 3 pm local time, or order well in advance. Orders can be placed for Same-Day delivery, but you need to call customer service before 9 am. to check availability. During the Festive season or busy holidays, such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father's Day, we recommend that you order further in advance, about 4 days prior to the delivery date.

2. What fruits do you use?

We use Farm-fresh, first-class, high-quality fruits, carefully selected by our professional team.

3. What kind of chocolate do you use?

We use 100% Pure Belgian chocolate in all of our dipped fruit arrangements and products. We offer alternatives for Vegans, plant-based chocolate made from 100% plant-based ingredients without any detectable traces of milk or dairy – yet bringing you all the indulgence and creaminess of traditional chocolates. 

4. What are your delivery policies?

(i) Residential addresses - Orders will be delivered from mid-morning to late evening (as late as 9 pm during busy holidays). If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will leave the delivery with the closest neighbour. The recipient will be notified with clear instructions for receiving the gift.
(ii) Business addresses - Orders will be delivered from mid-morning until 5 pm. Please be aware that we may leave the arrangement with the front desk or security. It is subject to delivery restrictions of the business.

5. When and where do you deliver?

We offer a variety of shipping options, which are listed on our delivery policy, including delivery from Monday to Sunday in and around London by Fruity Gift vehicles and nationwide delivery by courier from Tuesday to Saturday.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via phone or online with all major debit and credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. You can also check out on our website through PayPal.

7. What are your working hours?

Customer service helpline 020 3617 1051 is available Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm including Bank holidays.

8. How long will the fruit last?

Our fruit products are exceptionally fresh and should be consumed immediately. We recommend that you enjoy your fruit arrangements forthwith. If this is not possible, you should keep the original wrapping, and refrigerate immediately upon receipt. Please note that even if you store your arrangements in the refrigerator we cannot promise and we do not guarantee that they will be as good as fresh.

9. How do I know If my order has been received and confirmed?

You should receive an order confirmation email immediately, after submitting your payment online through our website. Or up to 2 hours after placing the order over the phone, with one of our Gift Experts. If you have not received your order confirmation email, kindly contact our professional team for assistance.

10. How do I know if my order has been delivered?

You will receive two sets of confirmation email after your purchase:
(i) Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order.
(ii) Finally, an email will be sent to you once your order has been delivered.

11. Do you call before delivery?

In the event that we need to confirm the delivery location, we might call the recipient. In all instances, the element of the surprise is maintained and the recipient never knows what is about to receive.

12. Can I ask for a specific date and time for the delivery?

We guarantee to make your delivery on your requested date. As far as time of delivery is concerned, kindly enter the time range that suits in the field Delivery Instructions and we will ensure it gets there on time. However, a precise time will be guaranteed only if you use our Prime shipping. Please call Customer Service to check availability and additional fees for our Premium delivery services.

13. Can I get gift wrapping for the products I have purchased?

Certainly, we transform your gift into a beautiful presentation before it is delivered. Our gifts arrive wrapped in clear cellophane, tied with a beautiful ribbon and there is no extra payment for that.

14. Can I cancel my order? Do I get a full refund?

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is requested at least 24 hours in prior delivery date. If an order has been shipped, as all our products are perishable, also non-refundable, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
