Training Courses & Professional Workshops Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Terms: Details regarding current tuition fees and payment structures for the Fruity Gift Training Programme are available upon enquiry. To reserve a placement on our training schedule, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted course fee must be paid upfront. Bookings remain provisional until funds have fully cleared into our account. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full on the day of training prior to the commencement of the course. Failure to settle the balance prior to starting the session may result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

2. Delivery & Training Formats: Monthly training sessions take place at our designated North London workshop facility, or alternatively through one-to-one online training conducted via an agreed digital platform. Full access details are provided upon receipt of full payment. Training includes step-by-step guidance on equipment usage, fruit selection, assembly techniques (including base creation, pineapple daisies, melon centres, and hygienic chocolate bases), as well as business administration, delivery systems, and profitability strategies.

3. Cancellations, Transfers & Non-Attendance: Due to limited availability and schedule allocation, all deposits and course fees are strictly non-refundable. If you need to postpone or reschedule your confirmed training session, written notice must be provided to Fruity Gift at least 14 business days prior to the scheduled date. Transfers are subject to availability and an administrative rescheduling fee. Failure to attend a scheduled training session without providing the required 14 business days' written notice will incur a £350 non-attendance surcharge to rebook your session for a future date. In the unlikely event that Fruity Gift must reschedule a session due to unforeseen operational issues, attendees will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of payments made for that specific session.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership: All course materials, operational manuals, assembly techniques, base designs, delivery workflows, and training guides remain the sole Intellectual Property of Fruity Gift. Training materials are provided solely for your personal or internal business training. You may not record, copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our training methods, documentation, or curriculum to third parties. Successful completion of any training module does not grant any license, rights, or authorisation to use the Fruity Gift name, logo, registered trademarks, or marketing collateral.

5. Commercial Disclaimers & Franchise Structure: Fruity Gift training courses provide skill and operational guidance; however, commercial outcomes and profitability depend on individual execution, and Fruity Gift gives no express guarantee of specific financial returns. Standard training courses are completely separate from our franchising operations.
